You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
At Therapy Dynamics, our small, therapist-led support groups provide a welcoming space to connect with others who truly understand your experiences. Whether you are raising an autistic child, supporting an autistic adult, or you are an autistic adult yourself, these groups offer an opportunity to share experiences, learn from one another, build meaningful connections, and develop practical strategies in a safe and supportive environment.
Unlike large support groups, each Therapy Dynamics group is intentionally limited to no more than seven participants. This small group size allows every member the opportunity to be heard, develop trusting relationships, and receive individualized support while benefiting from the shared experiences of others.
These are therapy groups facilitated by a licensed mental health professional. Sessions may include supportive discussion, psychoeducation, problem-solving, emotional support, and practical strategies tailored to the unique needs of each group.
Because trust and connection develop over time, members are expected to commit to attending regularly. Consistent attendance helps create a stable, supportive environment where relationships can grow and everyone benefits from ongoing participation.
