Supervision

I am a Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy Approved Supervisor. I provide individual supervision for pre-licensed and licensed clinicians in the administration and interpretation of assessments using a virtual format.

What is supervision like with me?

My experience includes working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and geriatric clients in the areas of Autism, ADHD, and mental health assessment. I have extensive experience using a variety of psychological assessment tools. I teach administration and interpretation of each assessment to mastery, and assist with learning intake and feedback sessions as well as teaching report writing.

My approach towards assessments is strengths-based. I emphasize a collaborative, growth-oriented environment that fosters ethical practice, skill development, and a deep understanding of the assessment process.
