Autism and ADHD Assessment Services and Therapy for Adults and Children

At Therapy Dynamics, I believe that accessing professional autism, ADHD, mental health, and dyslexia evaluations or therapy shouldn’t be confusing or overwhelming. Below you’ll find a clear breakdown of my rates, along with information on payment, insurance, and what to expect.

I know this is an important investment in yourself or your child and I’m committed to making the process as supportive and straightforward as possible.

Assessment prices include the cost of report writing.

Feedback sessions are billed separately at $250/session.

I offer comprehensive remote and in person psychological assessments for:

  • Children (ages 3+)
  • Teens
  • Adults

All Full evaluations are conducted remotely or in person and include (The basic package does not include a feedback session or letters of accommodation):

✅ A full clinical interview
✅ Evidence-based testing and screening tools
✅ A professionally written diagnostic report
✅ Personalized recommendations and resources
✅ Letters of accommodation (if needed)
✅ Follow-up support to review results and next steps

Payment Options

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.
  • I accept all major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards.

Insurance & Reimbursement

Therapy Dynamics does not accept insurance for adult assessments and is an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance for assessments.

I understand that seeking an autism or ADHD evaluation, especially as an adult or for a child who doesn’t “fit the mold”, can bring up a lot of questions. My mission is to provide a safe, respectful space where those questions are welcomed and your experiences are validated.

Therapy Services

Therapy

I offer therapy to:

  • Children (ages 5+)
  • Teens
  • Adults

The cost of a 60-minute therapy session is $90/60 minutes for private pay clients. I am currently accepting Medica and United Healthcare for therapy services only.

Does your report qualify for county services if needed?

Yes. The testing that I do does qualify for county as well as state disability services.

Do you offer Discounts?

I reserve the right to provide discounts or pro bono care in some circumstances. Often this occurs through a referral outlining the need for this, although I do evaluate individual cases personally. I only offer pro bono work for children. If you are interested in reduced cost/pro bono care, it would be helpful to have your child’s therapist or social worker reach out to me. I will speak with you personally about the circumstances around you and your childs’ needs.

Do you provide Super bills?

I currently do not provide super bills.

Why are assessment so expensive?

The assessments are expensive due to the cost of materials and the cost of training to specialize in these evaluations and maintain training. Unlike other assessment companies, I do not charge additional costs for the writing of the report which makes the assessments less expensive.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance at this time. I have tried working with insurance companies, but they frequently do not reimburse for autism and ADHD testing.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept credit card payments as well as HSA/FSA accounts.
