At Therapy Dynamics, I believe that accessing professional autism, ADHD, mental health, and dyslexia evaluations or therapy shouldn’t be confusing or overwhelming. Below you’ll find a clear breakdown of my rates, along with information on payment, insurance, and what to expect.

I know this is an important investment in yourself or your child and I’m committed to making the process as supportive and straightforward as possible.

Therapy

I offer therapy to:

• Children (ages 5+)
• Teens
• Adults

The cost of a 60-minute therapy session is $85.

 

Autism & ADHD Assessment Packages

I offer comprehensive remote and in person psychological assessments for:

• Children (ages 3+)
• Teens
• Adults

All evaluations are conducted remotely and include:

✅ A full clinical interview
✅ Evidence-based testing and screening tools
✅ A professionally written diagnostic report
✅ Personalized recommendations and resources
✅ Letters of accommodation (if needed)
✅ Follow-up support to review results and next steps

Evaluation Rates

Comprehensive Autism and/or ADHD Evaluation
The cost of services is $265/hour. The cost of assessments varies between $1325 and $1855 depending on services desired.
This fee covers all assessment sessions, scoring and interpretation, report writing, and a feedback session.

Payment Options

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.
• I accept all major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
• I am in the process of getting paneled with insurance companies and will update the website accordingly

Insurance & Reimbursement

Therapy Dynamics is currently an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly with the exception of United Healthcare and Cigna. I will gladly provide a superbill (a detailed medical receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

I recommend contacting your insurance provider in advance to ask:

• “Do you reimburse for out-of-network psychological testing or diagnostic evaluations?”
• “What documentation do you require for reimbursement?”

My clients have successfully used superbills for partial reimbursement or to apply the cost toward their deductible or HSA. I am in-network with United Healthcare and will file claims with them directly.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation to help you decide if this evaluation is right for you or your child. During this time, I’ll answer your questions, explain the process, and ensure you feel fully informed before making a decision.

I require that clients provide billing information upfront but do not charge for free consultations. For all appointments, a $25 no show charge will be charged to your account if you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours. Timeslots for appointments are difficult to come by and when you skip an appointment it denies someone else the opportunity to meet and discuss their concerns. Please be courteous of my time and the time that others need.
