At Therapy Dynamics, we believe that accessing a professional autism or ADHD evaluation shouldn’t be confusing or overwhelming. Below you’ll find a clear breakdown of our rates, along with information on payment, insurance, and what to expect.
We know this is an important investment in yourself or your child—and we’re committed to making the process as supportive and straightforward as possible.
Autism & ADHD Evaluation Packages
We offer comprehensive psychological assessments for:
- Children (ages 7+)
- Teens
- Adults
All evaluations are conducted remotely and include:
✅ A full clinical interview
✅ Evidence-based testing and screening tools
✅ A professionally written diagnostic report
✅ Personalized recommendations and resources
✅ Letters of accommodation (if needed)
✅ Follow-up support to review results and next steps
Evaluation Rates
Comprehensive Autism and/or ADHD Evaluation
The cost of services is $265/hour. The cost of assessments varies between $1325 and $1855 depending on services desired.
This fee covers all assessment sessions, scoring and interpretation, report writing, and a feedback session. Individuals covered by United Insurance and Cigna Evernorth are subject to a $25 copayment per hour.
Payment Options
- Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.
- We accept all major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
If you’re concerned about affordability, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We occasionally offer sliding scale or extended payment plans when availability allows.
Insurance & Reimbursement
Therapy Dynamics is an out-of-network provider, which means we do not bill insurance directly with the exception of United Healthcare and Cigna Evernorth. However, we will gladly provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
We recommend contacting your insurance provider in advance to ask:
- “Do you reimburse for out-of-network psychological testing or diagnostic evaluations?”
- “What documentation do you require for reimbursement?”
Our clients have successfully used superbills for partial reimbursement or to apply the cost toward their deductible or HSA. We are in-network with United Healthcare and Cigna, but do not file claims directly.

We understand that seeking an autism or ADHD evaluation—especially as an adult or for a child who doesn’t “fit the mold”—can bring up a lot of questions. Our mission is to provide a safe, respectful space where those questions are welcomed and your experiences are validated.

You can go many places to get an autism diagnosis, but I offer you a deep dive into yourself.
Does your report qualify for county services if needed?
Yes. The testing that I do does qualify for county as well as state disability services.
Do you offer Discounts?
I reserve the right to provide discounts or pro bono care in some circumstances. Often this occurs through a referral outlining the need for this, although I do evaluate individual cases personally. I only offer pro bono work for children. If you are interested in reduced cost/pro bono care, it would be helpful to have your child’s therapist or social worker reach out to me. I will speak with you personally about the circumstances around you and your childs’ needs.
Do you provide Superbills?
I do. If you need a Superbill, contact me first so that we can set up the meetings differently. I will schedule each appointment separately and you will pay at the time of service. This will allow for the creation of a Superbill.
Why are assessment so expensive?
The assessments are expensive due to the cost of materials and the cost of training to specialize in these evaluations and maintain training.
Do you accept insurance?
I am currently working with United Healthcare and Cigna.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept credit card payments as well as HSA/FSA accounts.
