Practical social communication & life skills for real life
Therapy Dynamics offers structured, skills-based classes focused on social communication, relationship skills, and everyday life competencies.
Our programs are designed for individuals who benefit from explicit instruction, guided practice, and real-world application, not talk therapy.

These classes are not about teaching masking, performing, or becoming someone you are not. We do not aim to train participants to suppress their natural communication style or force neurotypical norms. Instead, we approach social communication as learning different “social languages.” Just as traveling to another country involves understanding cultural norms without losing your identity, these classes focus on helping participants understand how different people communicate and how to bridge those differences authentically. The primary foundation of the program is self-acceptance, recognizing that your way of thinking, processing, and relating is valid. From that grounded place, we build skills that expand choice, flexibility, and mutual understanding … not conformity.
Currently, classes for children are Full.
As classes fill for the Summer session, I will begin posting Fall in-person class dates.

Social Communication Groups are not therapy.
We do not provide psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or clinical services through these programs. This is a skills-based teaching program run by Kristen Math, MS, MA, LPCC-S and Andrew Math, BES (a social skills coach).
The classes function more like:
- Skill-building groups
- Educational instruction
- Guided practice in social and life skills
This makes our programs accessible, practical, and focused on growth rather than diagnosis or treatment.
Who we serve
Our programs are a good fit for:
- Autistic and neurodivergent individuals
- People with ADHD or social communication differences
- Individuals who want concrete tools, not therapy
- Individuals seeking support in navigating social and everyday demands
