Bikham

This page has been set up to show how Bikham Health did not provide the credentialing services that it was hired to provide.

I hired Bikham on July 21, 2025

During this process, I was repeatedly asked to upload documents, which I promptly did. On January 5, 6 months after I began the credentialing process with Bikham, I received an email from HealthPartners. They informed me that my application had not been submitted properly by Bikham. On January 7, 2027, I got a message from Bikham that Health Partners network was “not accepting applications from my specialty and I could enroll with a different insurance”.

I clarified that all of my documents were correct after getting a renewed request from Bikham to verify documents for MN Medicaid (ITS)

There has been no movement on my account. I received a request from Bikham then to have my login information for Medicaid on June 20 of 2026. Medicaid’s portal had moved and they had not made one attempt to login to the Medicaid portal and begin the application process for almost an entire YEAR!

Ansh replied that there had been a “back and forth on “credentials and “liability details and login credentials” but they were only requested in June, 2026.

On July 8, 2026, I was informed that UCare was not accepting new applications for my specialty. The thing is, to apply for Ucare, you have to have Medicaid approval. I reached out to Ansh, who assured me that UCare rejected me before even finding out I am not paneled with Medicaid. This is the same reasoning that was used with HealthPartners, but HealthPartners had reached out to me to let me know my application was not filled out correctly.

I reached out to Ansh about this and he admitted that there had been “delays” and my account would be a “priority” now.

Hmmm. When did they tell me my account would be prioritized before?

The Medicaid credentials were actually finally submitted on June 24th, 2026, nearly one YEAR after I began the credentialing process with Bikham.
