What’s Included in the Concierge Membership

Weekly Therapy Sessions

Clients receive one 60-minute therapy session each week.
Therapy may focus on:

  • Anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, or mood concerns
  • Neurodivergence, including autism and ADHD
  • Parenting support
  • Life transitions, identity development, and relationship patterns

Sessions are tailored to children, teens, or adults depending on client needs.

Crisis Support: Up to 8 Weeks of Twice-Weekly Sessions

Because life sometimes becomes overwhelming, the concierge model includes 8 weeks per calendar year of short-term twice-weekly therapy.
These higher-frequency sessions are used during:

  • Escalation of symptoms
  • Major life events
  • Increased stress periods
  • Transitions or destabilizing situations

This support is time-limited and collaboratively planned to stabilize clients without fostering reliance on crisis-level care.

Optional Weekly Touch-Base (Structured & Boundaried)

Concierge members have the option of a brief weekly check-in to support accountability and follow-through.
To ensure this remains healthy, appropriate, and non-dependent, it is:

  • Completed through the portal’, secure message, or a brief scheduled call’s secure messaging
  • Focused on clarification of tasks, therapeutic homework, or a quick emotional temperature check
  • Not a therapy session and not suitable for crisis discussions
  • Returned within 24 hours during normal business hours

The purpose of these touch-bases is to reinforce progress and independence, not create ongoing emotional reliance.

Access to a Free Resource Library

Concierge members receive full access to our curated database of evidence-based tools, including:

  • Printable therapy worksheets
  • Mental health skill-building guides
  • Executive functioning supports
  • Emotional regulation strategies
  • Relationship and communication tools
  • Sensory and neurodivergence-friendly resources

These materials can be used between sessions to support ongoing growth.

Care Coordination

With permission, I collaborate with:

  • Primary care clinicians
  • Psychiatrists
  • School staff and IEP teams
  • Occupational therapy or speech providers
  • Other specialists involved in your care

This ensures treatment is consistent and integrated across settings.

Parent or Caregiver Consultation (for child and teen clients)

Parents receive monthly sessions focused on:

  • Understanding their child’s needs
  • Implementing supportive strategies at home
  • Improving communication and emotional regulation
  • Navigating school challenges and accommodations

Personalized Tools & Therapeutic Guidance

Members have access to customized:

  • Coping strategies
  • Behavior plans
  • Sensory regulation approaches
  • Neurodivergent-affirming supports
  • Written summaries of strategies or skills when helpful

Financial Simplicity

Concierge Membership is offered at a predictable monthly rate:

Clients may pause or cancel with notice per practice policy.

Who Is Concierge Care a Good Fit For?

This service is ideal for:

  • Clients who want consistent weekly therapy without interruption
  • Families seeking collaborative support for their neurodivergent child or teen
  • Adults who benefit from structured accountability
  • Clients with complex emotional or relational patterns needing steady care
  • Individuals who prefer predictable, flexible scheduling
  • Families navigating stressful transitions or long-term challenges

Concierge care is especially helpful for those who value a strong therapeutic relationship with enhanced availability.

Boundaries & Safety

Concierge mental health services are not:

  • 24/7 crisis response
  • A substitute for emergency services
  • Unlimited messaging or daily support
  • A crisis hotline

Clients with safety concerns are always directed to 988, 911, or their nearest emergency department.

This model increases accessibility within appropriate clinical limits, supporting self-efficacy and preventing over-reliance on the therapist.
