I wanted to take a minute to give an update those of you who are waiting on your assessments or are preparing to schedule one. On October 13, 2024, I was in a serious motor vehicle accident from which I am still recovering. I went on leave in early February after attempting to finish up some loose ends here. I have been able to be seen by the pain clinic and start making strides in my recovery from Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. These last few months have been challenging and I’m so grateful to you for your patience and understanding as I work on learning how to walk again. It has been greatly appreciated. I plan on returning to work mid-April but will keep you in the loop about where things are at.
As a side note, I have changed my availability to part-time as I continue to recover. I am excited to get back to you and your journey and shed this pesky walker for some walking shoes! I will provide another update soon.
In the meantime, many of you have asked what a full report looks like. I thought I would provide you with a basic preview. The following is a list of sections of the report. Each area is filled out with information about you and the testing results.
